Feel Good Beauty: DVD's?

Hey,

Not everyone likes the though of going to the gym, or even exercising outside, sometimes they're hard to get into, and sometimes you just don't feel comfortable. Thankfully in the 80's a new trend was started with the workout tapes your mothers or grandmother's may have used most notably the Jane Fonda Workout. These days work out DVDs are a dime a dozen, so which one should you choose? There are three categories of work out DVDs: Flexibility, Cardio and Extreme.

Flexibility: These are generally the yoga DVDs most of these programs are easy yoga or yoga for beginners, I defiantly recommend yoga DVDs for people who either are not comfortable going to a class or are unable to attend yoga classes they are generally easy poses and very relaxing.

Cardio: This makes up the majority of workout DVDs, Pilate's, Aerobics and Dance Cardio are some of the most popular. My personal favourite is Dance cardio as when I was younger I did dance, they are fun and have a great mix of dance styles, as well you don't need to have a partner to do these dances like if you were taking a class, and you learn some great moves for when you go out on the town!

Extreme: These are like your  P90X style DVDs. They're not for the faint of heart, or for beginners, they're not something that should be taken lightly.

Anyway you do it though, exercises DVDs make working out healthy and they're something that is so easy to work into your daily life as most only take 15 to 30 minutes.
