The Bond Girls: Honey Ryder (Ursula Andress)

Hello Gorgeous,

I promised that I was going to do a series of tutorials based off of the bond girl roles. I'll be going in chronological order starting of course with the 1962 film that started it all, Dr. No. The film was set in Jamaica, the main roles were filled by Sean Connery (James Bond), Ursula Andress (Honey Ryder) and Joseph Wiseman (Dr. Julius No). Being the very first James bond film the production company really had to make a splash, and they obviously did, if the continuing of the James Bond franchise, and one of the two major reasons for this was in fact the introduction of the Bond Girl.

Dr. No was the English (although both Andress' singing and speaking were dubbed) acting debut for Ursula Andress, and her introduction in the movie is still probably one of the most talked about bond scenes ever. Bit of back story, Honey Ryder is a shell diver that gets caught up in Bond's adventures,
when he stumbles upon her in his investigation of Crab Key.

To be honest with you though this is probably one of the most difficult makeup looks out of all the Bond Girls do to the occupation of the character. So I went with a dewy complexion and a really neutral eye, with a little bit of definition, and a nude lip, just to play off of ones natural beauty.
